zenon 7.50 licensing with hard dongle

Hello,

I have an ABB license for zenon operator 7.50 and i want to use it with a usb dongle. I activated the dm key on the automation builder side but i cant activate the zenon. When i use the serial number and hard dongle activation number in zenon editor -> file -> general configuration -> licensing i get an error message (image attached). In the code meter i can see my dongle and the information i entered regarding my license info was the correct one.

How can i activate my license so that it can be used with the usb dongle
