There could be an issue during installation.
we have also seen this behavior on Windows 7 – but as Microsoft mentioned: This behavior is by design. You can safely ignore this warning message.

This behavior sometimes appears on a not fully patched maschine if zenon was already installed – installing the zenon 7.20 LP and not all shortcuts were removed from the system.
This attribute marks the shortcut as a “NoPin†Shortcut – which needs to be set for Windows 8 and older – otherwise all shortcuts are placed on the start screen.
