Zenon 7.20 SP0 build 17678 vs build 20554

Zenon 7.20 SP0 build 17678 vs build 20554

Zenon Supervisor 7.20 SP0 build 17678 fails to open WSB files after they have been processed at another laptop with the same Zenon version but with build number 20554.
Any ideas how to fix this?
