Zenon 7.11 mit SAIA PCD2 koppeln,
Hallo zusammen!
Wir haben in unserem Betrieb mehrer Lüftungsanlagen die alle von einer SAIA PCD2 gesteuert werden. Angeschlossen haben wir die SAIA mit TCP/IP und können darüber über das Netzwerk mit der SAIA PG 5 2.1 Suite aus unserer Werkstatt überwachen, Sollwerte oder auch Zeiten einstellen. Weil Geld da war hat man auch ZENON 7.11 gekauft. Geld war aber keins da für eine HMI erstellen zu lassen, oder uns zu schulen. Die Hilfe von Zenon ist sehr umfangreich, nur das was ich versuchen will ist nicht erklärt. Wie schaffe ich es das zum Beispiel der Digitale Ausgang Meines Lüfterbausteins als Meldung in der Zenon Runtime dargestellt werden kann.
Ich verstehe noch nicht ganz wie ich es schaffe das Variablen wie Temparatur, Zulufttemparatur oder ähnliches als Variablen in Zenon nutzen kann und mir diese dann Anzeigen. Der nächste Schritt wäre dann wenn das klappt das ich in der Zenon Runtime Temparatursollwerte einstelle und Zenon mir dies an meine SAIA überträgt und die damit arbeitet.
Den SAIA Treiber habe ich angelegt und der Testbutton meldete das die SAIA Antwortet.
Das wars leider auch, wie schafft man es In Zenon Variablen mit denen die die SPS nutzt zu verknüpfen? Ist dies so einfach machbar wenn man sehr viel Zeit investiert, oder ist Zenon einfach ein zu mächtiges Programm womit nur Profis arbeiten können?
