Zenon 6.51 License Compatibility With Version 7.0

I am facing two problems and need an urgent response from your team.
1) We are using version Zenon Editor 6.51, we have made some updates in project but using Zenon Editor 7.0. Now I am unable to restore backup. Any how I tried to change my Zenon Editor to 7.0 but there I faced issue with license. Please suggest a solution in order how to upgrade my license from version 6.51 to 7.0

2) The second issue I am facing with process gateway. I have recently received license and installation usb drive for Version 7.11, but during the installation we found out that it is not compatible with our Embeded Window XP(SP-3). We are bounded from manufacturer side so we are not able to upgrade our window. Please suggest us a solution.
