Zenon 6.51 Application Freezes

Hi
Have an ongoing issue where my application freezes while logging in. this disrupts communication to the plc's and thus stops the machine.
Our IT department have confirmed that there is no issues with the firewall and all port are opened.

It is also only an intermittent issue, and does not occur all the time.
