[Zenon 6.50]Operating Speed of a graphic button depends on a variable

I'm now working on Zenon 6.50. I would like to realize something and I hope that you can help me.
I have a picture of wind turbine blades and a variable named totW
I would like my blades have an operating speed which depends on my variable totW
More totW is , more faster my blades turn.
Can I make that with Zenon ?
