Zenon 64 Bit application is not opening - unhandled exception- exception code C0000005 ACCESS VIOLATION

Hello,

In my laptop i have installed Zenon 7.50 and OS is windows 7 professional SP1.

I can able to open Zenon 32 bit editor application in my laptop, but i can't able to open Zenon 64 bit editor application.

It is showing the unhandled exception, i hereby attached the screen shot of error screen.

In zenon32.txt it is showing below code.

I have format my laptop and tried with new installation also, the same error is repeating.
I request you to guide me how to solve this issue.
