I have 2 servers and these servers will work to back up each other. I have 2 licenses for this. I used the document for the PRP settings and installed them, but I could not activate the redundancy between the 2 servers. When I examined the situation, two situations caught my attention.

For the first situation, I encounter the 'Inactive' status in the Link Status section, as in the image I shared below. Normally, when I proceed according to the document, I should be able to see the 'Active' status in this section. During the initial configuration, Link status was 'Active' for the first server, but now it is 'Inactive'. Same thing on 2 servers.

For the second case, I share the visual below. Normally, after creating the bridge, I should be able to see a driver named COPA-DATA PRP Driver, but on the second server I have, two different services appear as in the image. Even if I repeat the PRP installation steps and complete the installation, these two services continue to appear and I cannot see the correct screen.

This is the service I should see when proceeding according to the document. I can see this on my first server.

What could be the reason for the problem I am experiencing? Could it be due to a reason other than the situations I mentioned above? Can you help with the solution?
