Hello, I am having trouble installing zenon 14 on my PC. I installed zenon 14 using the SoftwarePlatform14_FinalBuild222752_COPA-DATA disk image, then the latest published build: SoftwarePlatform14FinalBuild495386.

I installed Engineering Studio. When I launch it via the startup tool, the following error appears: 

I understood that this could be related to the zenOnSrv user being missing or not having the correct password in the database, so I followed the procedure in the Zenon 10 PDF linked to this topic I am writing, adapting it to Zenon 14 and ZENON_2022. So I installed Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio to connect to SQL Server (ZENON_2022), and again I get an error:

Finally, when I launch SQL Server (ZENON_2022) in services.msc, I get the following error:
