zenDBSrv.exe is not responding

zenDBSrv.exe is not responding

I have been using zenon versions 7.50 and 7.60 . facing issue in standard of version .

I have been forcibly stopping zenDBSrv.exe and then my version is being standard


kindly provide me solution as soon as possible
