Write a complete name of the user to string variable

Dear All,
I am having five users including Admin.
Admin user only has a authorization for user control. But other users also like to see the complete name of all the users. So I like to make a small pop-up like user detail. In this screen user detail and complete name will be there. Once the Admin change the complete name of the user, Is it possible to write that name on this screen using string variable...?
Otherwise, Is it possible to change the complete name in the user control after writing on this pop-up screen...?
