Workspace recovery failing

Workspace recovery failing

Hi all,
I have updated a machine from Zenon 7.6 to Zenon 10 but currently I am unable to recover any workspace backup. We have tested the backup and it is not damaged. I have tested in a VM and is not a problem.

I have reinstalled Zenon 10 too.

When trying to recover it takes a few minutes and it pops up with the following error:

Project backup from
"C:\users\***\AppData\Local\Temps\wsbtemp0.zip" could not be restored!

I believe when restoring it uses this temp location as my workspace backup is in another location. I have full access to read/write to that location and I am admin.
