WebClient "controll cannot be started"

Hello! I am running into some problems at a customer project. It seems that the ZenOn services are blocked on some PCs (other PCs in the same network work properly). The user used on the PCs got granted admin rights but we still get the attached messages when opening the ZenOn WebClient. OS: Windows 7 64bit ZenOn Version: ZenOn 7.11 SP0 Any idea what could block ZenOn WebClient or how to unblock the ZenOn Services on Windows 7? Thanks! Greetings Thomas
