Hi,

I was starting use web client for my workstations (WS), previously I am using service engine client.

The total client that I have is 4:

- 2 WS with service engine client, using same backup with server (Master runtime and redundancy)

- 2 WS with web client.

Then I found and issue, where sometime my web client cannot click some function on screen, to solve this issue usually I terminate the web client and starting again, and somehow, it's back to normal. It's only happened on my Web Client runtime.

So, my question is:

1. Why this happens?

2. Is there any permanent solution this solved this?
