I'm trying to access my SCADA through web browser but I don't have the configuration option when launching the Web Visualization Service OPS-Manager Tool (WVS):

Does it require a special license to access the configuration screen ?

Note: there is a JSON file called "WebVisuOpsManager.json" should I change anything in it ?
