Is it possible to display values (e.g. integer values) in a 3D model using the build in 3D object viewer?

If no, is there another way, perhaps using Add-ins to display 3D files with data from PLC's?

The purpose is to build an entire factory in a 3D object, with all the values around valves e.g.
