VBA "License information for this component not found"

Hello! I am having an issue with an issue with the VBA on a customer PC. The zenon Editor and Runtime were installed without an error message but I am not able to use the VBA properly. As soon as I activate the "EVENT=1" I get the Error message from the picture "k002_issue2" during the editor and runtime start. I already tried to install the VBA6.3a and VB6CLI.EXE provided by the MS support homepage. Did someone experience the same problem somewhere before?
