VBA error after upgrading rpoject to 6.51

After upgrading project from 6,50 to 6,51. I have VBA error code '91'.Object variable or With variable block not set.
The code is

It is very Strange.
This code works fine in 6,50. !!!
I don't know how to fix it. And why Alarm_window variable is nothing.
What diferences between 6.50 and 6.51.
How to solve this ....
Please help me..
