Variable value change logging in CEL combined with other values

Variable value change logging in CEL combined with other values

Dear,

I need to log variable value changing with few extra texts.
User need to enter start and end date and then enter some value of volume.
When user manually changes value of volume then i need to record entered start and end date.
Its 11 variables and 11 values, can I log all this values in 1 row in CEL?
