Value Calculation on Real numbers

I am have some issue with some values in PLC not being read from Zenon on a graphic.
The varible diagnostic window shows these values with no status instead of spontanious.
Can this be somehow related to the value calculation? The default in Zenon is -1000 to 1000. for both Value Range in PLC and Value Adjustment Linear. What is the best way to set this when I want Zenon not to scale and display all real values in PLC?
This feature is very helpful and good when you need scaling and very frustrating when you do not want to scale. Would be nice to be able to turn off with a check box.
