I have this problem:

By a graphical interface, an operator enters a time of day at which he wants to turn on a device (Ex. 18:20)

Using the zenon logic DTCURTIME function I get a DINT with the current time in UTC converted to ms.

The operator is in Italy so when the pc marks 18:20, the function returns 16:20.
How can I convert the time entered by the operator into UTC (from 18:20 to 16:20) or vice versa convert the current UTC time into Italian local time?
