I need to create a user in Zenon Energy Edition Version 12 Build153415 64Bit version and then authorize the user. For this, I created two different user groups, AdministratorGroup and OperatorGroup, and added Administrator and Operator users separately to these groups. I should set it so that the Operator user can only read, and the Administrator user can both read and write, for the signals available in the system. Where can I configure it to ensure this situation? Should I do it from within Variable or should it be done from the User Administration tab of the project itself?

Admin user's permission is as shown in the image. I understand that this way you have both admin and operator privileges.

Additionally, I need to put the user login screen as the start page and be able to access the home page when I log in with the Administrator or Operator user. Do I need to make any extra settings for this? Can you help with the issues I mentioned?
