Unterprojekte in Mehrbenutzer-Projekt synchronisieren

Hallo zusammen,

unser Projekt wächst und wächst... was dazu führt, dass ich dazu übergegangen bin, dem Integrationsprojekt jetzt endgültig Unterprojekte zu verpassen. Das Ganze bei Mehrbenutzer-Fähigkeit. Und das scheint ein bisschen problematisch zu sein.
Es gibt EINEN Server, auf dem ALLE Projekte laufen. Und es gibt mehrere Kollegen, die das Projekt bearbeiten können. Leider funktioniert die Projektbearbeitung aber nur direkt auf dem Server wirklich reibungslos. Und ich verstehe nicht, warum :-(
Ich habe ein Globalprojekt und ein "Hauptprojekt", in welches ich vier Unterprojekte integriert habe. Beim ersten Unterprojekt funktioniert bis jetzt alles, was ich ausprobiert habe, reibungslos.
Wenn ich aber eines der anderen drei Unterprojekte NICHT am Server bearbeite, sondern bei mir auf dem Notebook, dann sieht der Editor keinerlei Bedarf, die geänderten Daten an den Server zu übertragen. Da kann ich machen, was ich will. Das Einzige, was hilft, ist: die Daten von Hand zu übertragen, also mit dem Windows Explorer.
Da ich alle Unterprojekte auf die gleiche Art und Weise angelegt habe, erschließt sich mir hier nicht, wie das sein kann, und woran ich drehen muss, damit es funktioniert. Hat mir da jemand einen Tipp?
