Trends taking too much time to load

Hello
Im having a probelm of retrieving and viewing archived values on a trend on a zenon 6.51 system,
I have an archive having 97 variables with a scan cycle time of 1 min and save cycle time of 7 hours.
when trying to retrieve values for a certain long time, the system takes too much time to complete the job and sometimes the PC freezes . I know about that there is a problem with filling the pixels in the trend view with too many values. But the major problem is when trying to retrieve a single day archive and view it on the trend from a certain past time (ie: 10 month) the system freezes and doesn't responce.
The PC is a 2 year old PC with 4 Gb RAM
Is this a common problem? Any solution ?
