The camera live_video cannot be displayed in the 64 bit runtime

Hi,

At present, i have encountered difficulties in the process of project commissioning and need help.

The customer needs to automatically associate and display the camera screen on the runtime and load ActiveX through the HTML page. At present, it runs normally in the 32-bit runtime and cannot be opened normally in the 64 bit runtime. Prompt "Object doesn’t support property or method ‘open' ".

Note:

1. Zenon Software Version is 8.20.

2. The camera OCX&DLL files has only 32-bit version available.

3. HTML Page & Camera's Live Video Displayed normally in both 32-bit and 64 bit Internet Explorer 11.

In this case, what methods are needed to enable the runtime to correctly via HTML pages display with camera image?

Best Regards.
