Text-to-Speech and Windows 7 64 Bit

If the voices Klara and Reiner does not work on a windows 7 64 bit environment please use the following workaround:
(this effect occurs because of a failure of microsoft)
With the following link you can find a description regarding that effect: post 7
http://www.vb-paradise.de/programmieren/hauptforum/57063-sprachsteuerung-wie-richtig-sprachausgabe-in-deutsch/
That you are able to use one of the installed voices you have to select the needed voice in the following file:
C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Speech\SpeechUX\sapi.cpl
Afterwards please do not call up den Text-to-Speech voice again within the Control Panel/speech recognition -> otherwise the settings which have been made in the sapi.cpl will be overwritten.
Note: A reboot does not have any effect on the file sapi.cpl thus it is a useful workaround.
