Starting and stopping SNMP drivers

I'm currently working on the SNMP drivers, using ZenOn 7.00 SP0 Build 2. I've noticed that when I restart the drivers, by deactivating/reactivating, the communication would not come back.
I've tested these functions on IEC61850, BeckhNG and SNMP drivers. When I restart the IEC and BECKHOFF drivers, it works well and the communication is OK. But when I add the SNMP driver on the driver deactivation script, the communiction is still down until I restart the full project, on all communication's protocols.
Is there a way to solve that SNMP driver restart?
