SMS-Versand aus Unterprojekten

Hallo zusammen,

unser Projekt ist im Laufe der Jahre deutlich gewachsen und wurde deshalb vor einiger Zeit in ein Integrations- und mehrere Unterprojekte aufgeteilt.
Jetzt ergibt sich das Problem, das Störmeldungen, die per SMS an die Rufbereitschaft versendet werden sollen, aus den Unterprojekten nicht an alle gewünschten Teilnehmer versendet werden.
Ich vermute, dass das irgendwie damit zusammenhängt, dass es in unserem Projekt Benutzer gibt, die "nur" im zenon-Projekt vorkommen, und solche, die auch im Active Directory (also als Windows-Domänen-Benutzer) vorkommen. Erstere habe ich im Globalprojekt definiert - und an diese werden die SMS aus allen Unterprojekten versendet. Letztere sind in den einzelnen Projekten angelegt - sowohl im Integrationsprojekt als auch in den Unterprojekten - aber SMS werden nur bei Störmeldungen aus dem Integrationsprojekt an ALLE gewünschten Empfänger gesendet. Aus den Unterprojekten gehen sie nur an die Empfänger, die im Globalprojekt angelegt sind. Benutzergruppen und Bedienberechtigungen sind ebenso wie das Häkchen bei "Message Control" für alle Benutzer in allen Projekten gleich.
Was mache ich falsch? Hat mir da jemand einen Tipp?
