Size and Rotation Dynamic - CE

Size and Rotation Dynamic - CE

Hi all, so I understand the the Size and Rotation Dynamic for a drawing object is not possible under Windows CE, so i ask is there a way to do this that is possible under Windows CE project?
Basically i need to change the width of a rectangle based on the value of a variable. Not too tricky!
