Sicam 7.00 Build3 Runtime unexpectedly going to shutdown

Hello,
Runtime is going to freeze after 20-30 min. later it's going to shutdown without giving any error when I simulate single point or double point signals from RTU or Field.
Before going to shutdown, i can see all changes in this signals at AK Driver.
If there is no change in single or double point signals, Its working perfectly for measurements (analog) values.
Also, Stanby server could not take over when main server crushes like this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
