Sicam230 (7.0 sp0 build 11), problems with commands

Hi,
i communicate via IEC61850-protocol to Siemens and Arcteq relays.
when i send command, my command (OBJ1CSWI1.Pos.ctlVal) CDC-attribute is DPC and for indication (OBJ1CSWI1.Pos.stVal) CDC-attribute is DPS.
Command will not executed but indication will work right way.
If i change CDC to "default" for both, then it works.
I will create my database using Import xml OPM.
The OPM-tool set CDC to DPS/DPC, this way RTU (TM1703ACP) works. If i change them "default" in OPM-tool then RTU doesn't work.
can you help me about this.
