Dear COPA-DATA Support Team,
I am currently using Engineering Studio and Service Engine with an official license key from COPA-DATA.
I am facing an issue where Service Engine takes an unusually long time to load the project and log in for the first time. This problem occurs only on some machines, even though all of them have the same hardware configuration.
So far, I have not been able to identify the cause of this issue. I would appreciate your assistance in troubleshooting and finding a solution.
