Hi,
How can the Service Engine be configured to ignore case sensitivity when using filters? For instance, in the Filter Row for AML, CEL, RGM, Archive Revision, etc.
Currently, if there's a case mismatch in the characters, searches return no results. This means you need to know the exact case of each keyword, which is inconvenient.
If you mistype the case of a character, the search returns no results. Additionally, when searching for keywords, you must know the exact case of each keyword rather than just the keyword itself.
