Sceen Switch HTML Screen does not close the session of the web page

Hi all,

I have the following problem: I'm using a HTML Screen to visualize the Web HMI's Cognex (for those who doesn't know it, it is a tool provided into an industrial camera Cognex which allow to visualize the stream video and make some other operations and I can use it through the IP Address of the camera). Just 1 user is able to connect to this service and if a second one wants to use it it won't  be able to connect to it.
When I perform a screen switch operation and then I reopen the HTML Screen I am not able to connect to this service because is interpreted like a second user wants to connect it while the first user is using it, because the screen switch operation does not close the entire previous session I think.

There is a way to fix this problem? If not I was thinkin about a workaround: when I do a screen switch is it possible to move the HTML Screen outside the monitor and then move it in the visible part?

Thank you in advance for your tips.

Best regards.
