Same Project On Two Machines

Hi,
I want to deploy the same project on two PC's.
There is and keyswitch at one PC which will determine which PC can use a certain page (The page is for starting and stopping the system).
The projects communicate to the same PLC and are networked together on Profibus.
The end user does not want to use logn in with username and password.
Is there any way of changing the autherisation level of machine without logging in??
