Same pciture for different data

Hi there,
I have a single Trend Graph page that I use for displaying 3 sets of variables. This works fine as I use the function to change what data is shown in the picture.
My problem is how to show a different title for each 'instance' of the picture.
I'm looking for an init screen with parameter (title) or something, I have text field on the screen to use as the title.
