S7 variable import: error -60 occurs during import

during a variable import from a S7 project the error -60 occurs. How can this error can be fixed

There are two important things:
1. be sure that the S7 project is NOT write protected
2. It is necessary that the S7 project includes a "station" and a "CPU". At the attached screenshot an example of a correct project structure is shown.
