Runtime (WinCE5.0) does not connect

i have a problem with my runtime under windows CE 5.0. It does not connect to a Soft-SPS I set up to test some things. The used driver is the "Beckhoff TwinCat NG Treiber". The Windows CE Platform is a Panel from Beckhoff and the Soft-SPS is also Beckhoff (twincad).
The AMS NET IDS in the Editor is set to the AMS NET ID from the PC the SOFT-SPS run on. The Routings in Twincad should be also correct. But i get no connection in Zenon. Furthermore the runtime quits after a few mins with an "Unhandled Exception", see the file:

Anyone have any ideas?
