RTSP Video Screen type or HTML Screen type

Hi, We are working on a BMS Project wich includes CCTV and we need to include IP Cameras conected to Zenon.
We tried to connect by video RTSP but when we create video screen type doenst appear our driver.
We tried to use html sceen type but when we open the page it says no plug in installed but we can see it when using Internet Explorer.
