Retrive transient, sag &swell data from PEM575 using RS485 Cable

Hi, does anyone has experienced to retrieve transient ,voltage sag and swell data from PEM575 using RS485 cables based on waveform data structure in its manual without using gateway?
Besides, does anyone have archive 1 second data for voltage and current? what would be your PC spec or the RAM size (4GB)?
