Response variable changing disables Action Buttons

Response variable changing disables Action Buttons

Hello, colleagues!
We use in our project command dialogs and some configured commands.
We noticed that if we open command window and then response variable is changed without command both Action1 and Action2 buttons changed its state to disabled.
This is not appliable when we want to send some series of command and response variable is integer value that increments when we send ON command, and decrement when we send OFF command. So if we want to change resonse variable value on 5 we should close and then open command dialog 5 times (and we want to send series of Action-Execute commands without closing of command window).
Is there some way to stay Action buttons active after Response variable changes?
