I have an archived variable that is scanned every 1hour( for example fuel consumption for a certain diesel engine), my costumer wants to make a report.
The report should include the fuel consumption for every hour of the day( so i have have 24 values each day) . I managed to do that with report generator, but now my customer wants more option,he wants to have an option to have a daily, weekly, monthly,quarterly, yearly report.
he wants a table to choose these options for example a combo box:
if he choose "daily report" then he can choose any day of the year to get the report and when the report is generated 24 values are listed for every hour ,if he choose monthly he wants to get a combo box for example to choose which month and then he gets a report for 30 values each for one day consumption etc...
so what is the best way to that ?
