Remote transfer RT files cannot communicate

Hi,
I try to transfer my RT files from development PC to my primary server which has zenon runtime only.
I am encountering an issue when i try to communicate to my remote device. It doesnt work when i use the primary server, but it works when i use the runtime on my development PC.
My firewall settings is off and i am using ipv4 settings. I have tried to register through the zenon startup tool as well. I am sure on the hardware wiring of lan cables as well. Any suggestions on what i should check next?
