Remanent fucntion

Hi everyone,

Is there a way to make functions remanent?

I have a project where I have a setup screen. On this setup screen I have a few "Main/project" functions that won't be accesible for the final client, just for the manifacturer of the machine.
This machine can be installed anywhere in the world. Among others, the functions I have in that setup screen are Languages changes, and units changes. When installing the machine we want that the "start up" technician set this functions up at runtime and no one in the factory will change that. The problem is that if the runtime is stopped and start again, the values of this functions go back to the initial which would be "english" and "metric", Could I somehow make the functions remanent to ensure any Stop/start of the runtime won't affect this set up?

Thank you so much.
