hello there. Looking for a bit of support as I am very new with working with Zenon.

Currently have 2 HMIs (server 1 and server 2) have configured the redundancy management tool so it swaps over in the event of a network failure on one.

Whilst testing we are able to fail server 1 by removing network cables and server 2 becomes primary server as expected. If we then fail server 2 then server 1 becomes primary server as you would expect.

However once server 2 comes back online it stays as primary server and server 1 and 2 no longer communicate.

to solve i can manually restart service engine on server 2 and communication will re-engage.

have tried disabling firewalls etc to rule this out but cannot get it working as I want it to!

Has anyone experienced this issue or able to offer a solution.
