Redundancy management tool

Redundancy management tool

Good afternoon,

We have a dual server redundant system, we are running the service engine on both servers and currently i can see the communication with both servers from the client side,
we are testing the change over of the redundant system in witch we see that if a network cable is disconnected the service engine don't know how to interpret this so both servers are set as main server which is not a good behavior,

Reviewing the manuals we found that the redundancy management tool can bypass this problem by automatically stopping the service engine after a NIC is disconnected,

Issue:
We configured the redundancy management tool as well as the service engine to automatically start as a service (the idea is that in a shut down case both services can start)

The service engine start ok but the redundancy management tool don't work properly as it show the service engine as stopped,

the startup tool is configured on the task scheduler to start with windows

The start of the service engine and the redundancy management is configured on the startup tool

Let us know if there is a solution for this issue,

Best regards,
