"Not acknowledged" State

Hi! Have one question about Combined Element state
I have bool variable with limit "1" (look at picture)
Also i have the Combined element in symbol library with this configuration:
Value: 0 Not Acknowledged: 0 Black color
Value: 1 Not Acknowledged: [SIZE="5"].[/SIZE] Red color
Value: 0 Not Acknowledged: 1 Red color
The problem is that when first set value to 1 and NOT acknowledge the alarm, but change value to 0 - my Combined element revert to Black instead of Red.
Maybe i dont understand, what mean "Not Acknowledged" state???
