Properties IsMax and IsMin of Limit

Properties IsMax and IsMin of Limit

Hello.
Please help me.
Why the property isMax of variable's limits returns TRUE in all cases (even if I set limit as minimum in SCADA Editor) and property isMin is failed always? What I did wrong?
I wrote:
ThisProject.Variables.Item(i).Limits.item(0).IsMax
