I am facing a strange problem where the following error occurs during Project backup,

Project locked and project backup timed out.

I came to the forum to find a solution, but still couldn't solve the problem, which has been bothering me for several days.

And I have tried the solutions below the post, including setting the timeout for the zenDB.ini file, restarting the computer, and restarting the corresponding version of the zenDBSrv. exe program, but these measures have not been effective.

What should I do next ?
